About VIP Car Line
What is VIP Carpool?
The specially designated VIP Carpool tag allows you skip the car line by picking your student(s) up in front of the the school's mailbox in the front parking lot.
How does VIP Carpool work?
At the end of the school day, VIP Carpool students will proceed to the gym when the bus and daycare students are dismissed. VIP winners will receive a unique carpool tag so that staff members can identify their vehicle and escort students to the car.
When are VIP winners selected and announced?
Ticket sales will close September 5th and winners will be drawn on September 6th. We will contact winners directly; however those names will not be published or announced for privacy purposes.
When does the 2025 - 2026 VIP tag expire?
VIP carpool tags will expire at the end on the last day of the 2025 - 2026 school year. At the beginning of the 2026 - 2027 school year, the PTO will conduct a new raffle and select new winners.
Am I eligible to win this year if I've won in the past?
Absolutely! Winners are picked randomly and everyone is eligible.
Can a VIP tag be shared by multiple families?
Yes, however, the students associated with the VIP must be consistent. Each student name, along with their grade level and teacher name, is tied to one car tag number, so sharing the VIP tag is only feasible if you plan to ride-share each afternoon.
If my family wins the VIP carpool tag, may I gift or sell it to another family?
No. Tags are non-transferrable.
What if we are picking up another student one day?
You will need to follow standard procedures and notify the teachers of the involved students. You should also email Lisa Hart and Katy Warren, so they are aware of the change. Please note: this is for the occasional change; if you plan to pick up other students regularly, they need to be linked to the VIP tag number.

Can we buy extra bingo cards?

No, Bingo cards are free. We ask that you not take more than 2 cards per person so that we have enough cards for everyone.
If I have a baby/toddler, do they get a card too?

Cards are free for everyone.
Can we share a card?

Are replacement cards available if someone spills something on theirs?

🍕 About Food & Pricing
Do I have to pre-order the pizza, or can I buy it at the event?
• Pizza can be pre-ordered but is not required. We cannot guarantee pizza availability the day of. Orders will be closed on 9/2.
Can we substitute toppings or drinks on the day of if we pre-orderd something else?
• We can try but unfortunately cannot guarantee we can.
Is there a gluten-free/vegetarian option?
• No
💰 Payment & Logistics
Do you take cash, card, Venmo, etc.?
• Cash only at the door. You can prepay online with a credit card.
Where do we pick up our food after buying it?
• There will be a pizza and concessions table with signage at the event. All food and drinks can be picked up there.
What time will food be served — before, during, or after bingo?
• Food will be ready before Bingo starts. You can buy extra food and concessions during the game.
Will there be a break for eating, or do we eat while playing?
• The game will start at 6:30. You can still eat while playing.

What are the prizes?
• We will have popular toys and gift cards.
How many games will we play?
• We will play as many games as we can before 8pm.
Is there a grand prize or how many prizes will there be?
• No grand prize, but there will be many opportunities to win a game!
What happens if there’s a tie (two people call “Bingo” at the same time)?
• Both people will receive a prize.
