Join us at the school for our first-ever CCA Trunk or Treat with candy, costumes, and family fun! Families will trick-or-treat from creatively decorated trunks while enjoying a fun-filled afternoon together.

Want to be part of the fun? Host a trunk!  Gather the family, choose a fun theme, and decorate your trunk to welcome our trick-or-treaters! General Event Information

When and where is the Trunk-or-Treat?

The event will take place on Saturday, October 17, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at CCA, located at the back of the school and the field.

Where should I park as an attendee? (Trunk hosts see host info below)

Event attendees should park in the front parking lots. Please note that no parking is allowed in the carpool loop, and through traffic will not be permitted in the back/carpool area. ***Please see our map below!***

How do I get into the event?

Please stop by our Guest Table to pick up voting tickets before touring the trunks!

Is there a cost to attend the event and do I need to bring anything to attend?

No, this event is completely free to attend! Please remember to bring a bag or bucket to collect your candy!

Will food be provided at the event?

Food will not be provided but multiple food trucks will be present!

​

Do I have to wear a costume to get candy?

Costumes are allowed but not required. No masks and must be school appropriate.

What are the volunteer hours and requirements?

Volunteers will be on campus varying timed shifts from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. See sign up link for specifics on each position to find something that fits your schedule. Background checks are not required to volunteer for this event.

Trunk Participants & Sponsors

Who can participate by hosting a trunk?

CCA staff, event sponsors and parents are warmly invited to host a trunk. Families may sign up individually or team up and partner with other families. PTO sponsors are also invited to join and may choose to host either a decorated trunk or a booth.

How do families sign up?

Parents can sign up at https://forms.gle/z5ouhHKq7wRTT2ya9 which directs to a family-specific Google Form.

What are trunk hosts responsible for?

Trunk hosts are responsible for:

• Setting up their vehicle/space

• Decorating their trunk

• Providing and distributing candy/treats

• Cleaning up their designated area after the event

Will there be prizes for best trunk?

Yes! Attendees can vote for their favorite decorated trunks, and prizes will be awarded to the top three:

• 1st Place: $100 Gift Card

• 2nd Place: $50 Gift Card

• 3rd Place: $25 Gift Card

How does voting work?

Children can vote for their favorite trunk using free voting tickets provided at the PTO booth.

Parking, Timing & Safety Logistics

What time is trunk setup and cleanup?

• Participant Setup: 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

• Event Duration: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

• Cleanup: 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

When must trunk participant vehicles arrive?

All participating vehicles must be parked by 10:00 a.m. Gates will close promptly at 10:00 a.m. to ensure the area is safe for pedestrians.

Can trunk participants leave before 1:00 p.m.?

No. For the safety of children and attendees, the gates will remain closed throughout the event, and all participating vehicles must remain parked until the event concludes at 1:00 p.m. Gates will reopen at 1:00 p.m.

How will vehicles be parked on the field?

The PTO will rope off and flag the field to designate specific spots. Participating vehicles will back into their designated spaces facing the field to help keep children contained safely away from driving paths.
